CANCELLATION POLICY

FREE cancellation up to 14 days. from arrival (21 days in the period 3/24 August) or possibility of keeping the confirmation deposit valid (equal to at least 30% of the entire amount) with a new equivalent reservation in alternative dates, subject to availability of the Hotel.

In case of modification or cancellation within 14 or 21 days. from arrival date (depending on the periods), loss of the confirmatory deposit (equal to at least 30% of the entire amount).

In case of modification or cancellation from the day before the arrival date onwards, no show, late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged (100%).

From November 1, 2015 the guests staying in the Trentino tourist facilities have to pay the tax. The tax of € 2.50 per person per night for a maximum of ten nights. Are exempt tourists in therapy, accompanying of patients admitted in public and private health facilities in the province but not those receiving treatments at thermal establishments, children under 14 and persons seeking international protection, in addition to the police officers staying in for service needs.
