Breakfast – Delicious energy to get your day off to a great start

Every morning, a varied and wholesome breakfast awaits you, to give you the right boost.

Homemade desserts such as apple strudel, fregolotta, pancakes and tarts with homemade jams. An offering designed to satisfy everyone, from the little ones to those who follow special diets.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00, with a rich DoloMitico buffet: an assortment of homemade pastries, croissants and brioches, freshly baked cakes and biscuits, delicious jams from our preserves and fresh products, gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives. For those who prefer savoury options, there are cured meats and DOP cheeses from Val Rendena, eggs prepared to order according to your preference, as well as organic honey, farm-fresh yoghurt, smoothies and fresh juices.

Dinner – A triumph of flavours, to end on a high note

Every evening, in our hotel's gourmet restaurant, you can enjoy an à la carte dinner with a delicious starter, a choice of four first courses and four second courses, a buffet of hot side dishes with seasonal vegetables, fragrant bread prepared by our pastry chef, fresh salads, the chef's appetisers and a variety of delicious desserts.

Dinner is served from 7.30 pm to 9 pm; the maître d' will accompany you to your table, which will remain reserved for you throughout your holiday if you wish.
The restaurant, Salus Per Cibum, is divided into four areas: the Central Room, the Stube, the Baita and the DoloMitico Buffet area.

The Wine Cellar – Carefully selected wines

For those who love good wine, our cellar offers fine labels from the Trentino Wine Routes, along with the most famous national wines and renowned sparkling wines and champagnes.
